Receiver/Third Party Bililng: Due to fraudulent activity. We don't offer UPS or FedEX Shiping to be billed to the receiver or third party accounts.

Same Day Shipping: All orders placed Mon-Fri by Noon Mountain Time will ship the same day. Excludes items shipped direct from manufacturers/distributors. Please review the product listing for non-stocking items lead time.

Domestic Shipments: Your package will be shipped via (USPS) United States Postal Service, (FedEx) Federal Express or by (UPS) United Parcel Service.

We ship to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Guam, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Puerto Rico, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, and US Virgin Islands.

International Shipments: Your package will be shipped insured by the United States Postal Service, (FedEx) Federal Express or by (UPS) United Parcel Service. Shipping transit time is the responsibility of the carrier. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery for packages shipped by the United States Postal Service. For international shipments buyer is responsible for paying any duty taxes imposed at time of delivery.

Insurance Claims: United States Postal Service insurance is provided by U-Pic Insurance Services. The postage amount on the United States Postal Service shipping label will not include the insurance cost of U-Pic. For claims on parcels to US destinations there is a 21 day waiting period. For International destinations there is 45 day waiting period. For insurance claims you will be required to complete a statement of non-receipt of the item. For damaged goods in transit and shipments by FedEx or UPS there is no waiting period for filing a claim.
