We will replace defective items within the first 30 days of purchase by exchanging the defective item for an exact replacement. If we are unable to exchange with the same item then a refund will be given. Shipping is non-refundable. Items that have been modified from their original state will not be replaced under warranty. Warranty period varies depending on the item purchased. Authorization for return must be obtained from us before returning any items. Items returned without an RMA # on the package will be refused and returned to the buyer.
We accept items for refund within 30 days of purchase excluding special order, clearance or special sale items marked non-refundable in the product listing. Shipping is non-refundable. We are unable to reship packages that have been returned as refused or undeliverable. Once the package is returned to us we will issue a refund. Shipping is non-refundable.
