We will replace defective items within the first 30 days of purchase by exchanging the defective item for an exact replacement. If we are unable to exchange with the same item then a refund will be given. Shipping is non-refundable. Items that have been modified from their original state will not be replaced under warranty. Warranty period varies depending on the item purchased. Authorization for return must be obtained from us before returning any items. Items returned without an RMA # on the package will be refused and returned to the buyer.
We accept items for refund within 30 days of purchase excluding special order, clearance or special sale items marked non-refundable in the product listing. Shipping is non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee ($2.50 minimum) will be deducted from the refund amount. We are unable to offer exchanges for different products. The buyer will be responsible for paying for return shipping. Items shipped direct from a distributor/manufacturer are considered special order and are not eligible for a refund. Items that have been removed from the package and/or not returned in resellable condition with the original packaging/accessories will not be eligible for a refund. Authorization for return must be obtained from us before returning any items. Items returned without an RMA # on the package will be refused and returned to the buyer.
We make no guarantee of a specific day/time guarantee for delivery by UPS, USPS, or Fedex. Each have their own policies regarding specific day/time service guarantees. Some rural areas are considered extended delivery areas by the carriers which may add additional delivery time. If your package is delivered late based on a UPS, USPS, or Fedex delivery service guarantee. We will work with UPS, USPS, or Fedex in requesting a refund on your behalf.
We are unable to reship packages that have been returned as refused or undeliverable. Once the package is returned to us we will issue a refund. Shipping is non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee ($2.50 minimum) will be deducted from the refund amount. Undeliverable packages returned to a distributor/manufacturer may be assessed a restocking fee (Set by the distributor/manufacturer).
